Happy Monday (yes, there is a tad bit of sarcasm in there)! Tulu Textiles’ Gigi fabric in Pink (at top) is the inspiration for today’s hue. The juxtaposition of the innocent peachy pink with the rugged muddy khaki color is fantastic. It kind of reminds me of myself, actually. Soft and calm at times, but also with a gritty, get-your-hands-dirty approach to life. What do you think about this color combo? Would you use it in your home?

I LOVE this color combo! That i suwannee image is one I could curl up in. The textures and colors are so inviting! And I have never seen any design by Michael S. Smith that I did not swoon over. Great post Krista, thanks for the inspiration!
I agree about that i suwannee photo. I would love to have that room in my house! I wish I could find the original source for the photo & interior design. I searched high and low with no luck. If anyone out there knows, please advise so I can update the post.
Peach is such a pretty color and in a lot of ways it could be used as a neutral – it looks good with every color really.
It’s true – it is such a neutral, isn’t it? I never really thought of peach that way before.
